Berserk Deadlift
The Berserk Deadlift is a program designed specifically around the movement of the same name. In the 6 week long program there is a primary and secondary day to follow with both days implementing the deadlift as competition standard as well as accessory variations to help improve positions in the movement itself. On the primary day we focus more on heavier doubles and singles with some upper body pull work. On the secondary day its largely a focus on more volume work with some lower body work added in for a well rounded program.
